Please be aware that all records are VISUALLY graded only - all grades are given based on how they appear under my desk lamp - since I do not own a record player. I cannot guarantee that discs will be click and skip free, although any marks and scratches that might possibly cause such problems will be highlighted clearly in the description.

This auction is for an original 1st press copy of the Beatles' legendary LP 'Sgt. Peppers' on the black / yellow Parlophone label.
This particular copy has a very rare and noticeable print error on the sleeve where the detail has been incorrectly aligned. The spine print has completely missed the spine itself and has ended up on the far left of the front cover. The detail on the back of the group also doesn't match the gap in the red where they should be, causing a very noticeable ghosting effect. Check out the photos below! I've not seen a sleeve with this error in all my years of collecting!
Comes with its original dark green cut-out but doesn't come with the red custom inner sleeve.

The cover is holding up nicely but is showing its age a little. The front has lost a little of its colour but is clean with a little rubbing on the laminate and a few little creases here and there. The top and bottom seams are both holding nice and tightly and the spine is holding although does have some wear. The back, again, is clean with a lovely rich, red colour to it. There's a little rubbing on the laminate and some little creases, one of which causing a small bubble at the bottom right of the back. Inner gatefold is absolutely perfect with no loss in colour and the laminate is beautifully clean! Nice sleeve! The Insert: NM
The original darker green insert is included and looks in amazing condition! Disc (Visually Graded Only!!) : VG+
The playing surface has a very nice shine to it and has a fair amount of light, faint scuffs all over. The only mark that looks a little more serious is a small 1cm mark on side 2, about half way in at the 8 o'clock position. It's just about feelable under my fingernail so would more than likely cause a click if this disc were ever to be played.

The labels are clean with bright silver text. Both labels have a fair amount of light spindlewear and a little bit of whitening around the centrehole. Nice labels!.
