Description
As an avid Beatles fan, I have collected many items over the past years. I am not a dealer or a store. The items I have decided to sell are from my own collection. Most of my items, I have bought new. Very rarely did I purchase used, If I have, I will state it in my descriptions.
For this auction, I am selling the Beatles FLEXI DISK "SEASON'S GREETINGS from THE BEATLES." This is the official publication of the National Beatles Fan Club post card flexi disk that was given out for Christmas, 1967. The title is "Christmas Time Is Here Again" by the Beatles. One the front side, it has the 45 single size record that is still attached to the card, never removed. The flexi disk looks to be in great condition. There are no visible scratches or scuffs on the recorded part. I do not know the sound quality, I never played this single. I bought it used at my first Beatlefest, in 1982. The back side has the message from the Beatles ( U.S.A.) limited fan club, typed on one half of the card. the other half has writing on it. I am assuming it is written by the person who received the Christmas card. It reads " Barb Lynn Koelmel ~loves~ Paulie McCartney." It has a very small mark, maybe a stain of somekind. It is very small. The rest of the card is in pretty good shape. I do not notice any ring marks around the spindle hole.
Very nice item to have. The Beatles made many Christmas messages to their fan club members, I personally think this is the most popular known message..."Christmas Time Is Here Again"
This single, along with my entire collection was never stored in the basement, attic, or garage. Each item I have, has been and still are covered in an outer plastic sleeve.
I am offering free shipping within the United States. International shipping rates will apply.
Please check out my other auctions, as I have many rare items, including more vinyl albums, singles, and collectables. All from my own personal collection. Thanks, and good luck.
