The Beatles CollectionRare Promotional Flexi Disc and Mailout Set
.,.. Catalogue Number Label Year of Release SFI 291 World Records 1977 Sleeve Format Tax Code on Disc - Mono - About the Record
In 1977 a box set of the Beatles' singles from 1962 to 1970 was made available via mail order. To those who expressed an interest in this box set, 'World Records', EMI's mail order division, sent out a promotional booklet and flexi disc. This particular promo set is for the 2nd edition of the box that included the singles Yesterday and Back in the USSR, pushing the final total of singles in the set to 24.
This set contains the flexi disc itself, the green fold-out booklet and the reservation card. Unfortunately this little set does not include the original envelope it was posted out in or the invitation letter.
Today this promotional flexi disc set is getting increasingly hard to find!

The set is looking pretty good. It all looks to have general, light wear and tear such as a little rubbing on the coloured parts of the leaflet, and some light creasing, but there's no real damage or anything to really detract from the overal condition. the disc itself doesn't look to have been played much but does have a few little bumps and the like. I've no idea as bto the sound quality, but then these discs weren't made to be played that many times anyway. Terms and Conditions + Shipping Information
All records have been visually graded under a strong, 125W natural light desk lamp.
Please read the below carefully before bidding. By bidding you are agreeing to the following.

Due to problems in the past where numerous untracked records I've sent out have 'mysteriously disappeared', I only send records out fully tracked and only to your verified PayPal postal address to comply with eBay and PayPal seller protection policy. Because of this, please don't ask me to dispatch the record to a different address to the one you have listed on PayPal as I will not do this.
The P+P costs given on each auction are for that auction only. If you win more than one auction please wait until I've sent you out an amended invoice to combine postage.
