The BEATLES. 4 song EP. SPAIN. 45 rpm vinyl record. Vinyl Condition is Goldmine EX. Purchased by me in my worldwide search for various EPs and unique tracks. All EP are MONO from Spain. No exceptions, even singles are MONO thru 1970!!! EX Means this one looks great, shiny, lightly played, clean sharp labels, little wear or use markings. Sleeve lightly handled, clean. Note laminated back flaps. Tends to indicate 1960s pressing but not an original from 1964, since later released EP songs are listed on the back side. Odeon Spain used dark blue labels thru the 60s, then lighter blue labels in the 79s. The Beatles issued over 25 4 song EPs in Spain from 1964-68. Twice as many as UK. Some places the EPs were highly Collectables and issued into the late 60s. Nearly every Beatles song is on a 45 EP from some country thru 1966. (Except Sie liebt dich and Komm gib mir deine hand). (Spain and Portugal are 2 great source countries for EPs. See “45cat” discography site for full info. Great site!! Vinyl looks great and plays thru superbly. Labels are clean on both sides, Super picture sleeve, clean front and back side. EX overall. My highest grade. A Great Collectable. Originals from 1964 are deadly hard to find. Lots to search through and pricing varies a lot! Songs on this one: MISERY and ANNA plus I SAW HER STANDING THERE and P S I LOVE YOU. They are 4 songs from the Please Please Me UK LP from spring of 1963, but not released in Spain till 1964. 3 of 4 songs were released in USA on 45s by 1965. And Anna was on a VJ EP. Anna was never released in USA on 45 Single by Capitol or VJ. ANNA is on 45 single only from Japan, Peru, Costa Rica, Chile and Philippines. all 5 originals are hard to find. Philippines issued it first!! It is number 69 on my Beatles Hard to Find Singles on 45 worldwide list. All Beatles Spain EPs are MONO.
