The BEATLES 45, EXTRA RARE single from AUSTRALIA on original First Press PURPLE Parlophone labels, 1963, one of the few countries to release this 45 record on the UK schedule! These 2 songs were released together on VJ 522 in US in 1963 but did not sell well. Later, VJ released it with one Side of From Me To You, and the other side Please Please me in 1964!! And the B Side on this Single is Equally intetesting, an early L-M track, THANK YOU GIRL, still quite wonderful 60 years later!! And this Mono version is quite different than the Stereo version!! Several countries released more Beatles Singles than the US, so Beatles Singles from Japan, Philippines, Costa Rica, Greece, Mexico, and India are all quite Collectable, so there are many Beatles songs NOT released on 45 in US or UK!! In fact, all 225 Beatles songs (except 12) are available on a 45 Single or 45 EP somewhere Worldwide!!! The Goldmine condition is EX on this record rarity! My highest grade! Mostly shiny and some scuffs and marks but no scratches effecting play. BOTH SIDES PLAY THRU GREAT and the music is loud anyway, both sides!!! And nice labels, though A Side has small initials in ink that are hard to see. Zoom in close to find them! And there is some rim wear on both sides! SUPER nice considering most Records from 1963 are quite worn! For me NM is for Still Sealed records!! EX means EXCELLENT vinyl, no need to search for a better copy!! VG+ means Collectable till an EX comes along!! MOST OF THESE INTERNATIONAL BEATLES SINGLES ARE SUPER HARD TO FIND, IN EX, MANY ARE QUITE RARE, ESPECIALLY THE ONES WITH RARE SONG COMBINATIONS. I’ve only seen this OZ one about ONCE a year or TWO on EBay, and rarely EX!! (Some may call this one only VG+. I mulled it over and graded it high in part because of the Purple labels!! You decide!!). These old 60s singles were made tough to hold up to high humidity and lots of wear and tear. Both songs are MONO!! Neither is on my personal HTF List!!
