The BEATLES 45, RARE single from INDIA on Black Parlophone labels, 1963, one of the few countries to release this record at similar timing to UK. This was the the Beatles THIRD UK Single, FROM ME TO YOU, May 1963, and was their First massive NUMBER ONE hit there and sold well in India, Australia, Canada, their first recording after the UK PLEASE PLEASE ME album released in early 1963 (March), and that was still NUMBER ONE ON UK ALBUM CHARTS!! They liked this song so much they played it in concert for well over a year, into their US 1964 visit!! Still amazing!! And the B Side on this Single is Equally catching, THANK YOU GIRL. INDIA was one of several countries to release more Beatles Singles than US, so their Singles from Japan, Philippines, Costa Rica, Greece, Mexico, and India are all quite Collectable, many Beatles songs NOT released in US or UK!! This Goldmine condition is EX on this record rarity! My highest grade! Mostly shiny with minor scuffs and marks but no scratches effecting play. BOTH SIDES PLAY THRU GREAT, virtually NO clicks and the music is loud anyway, both sides!!! And nice clean labels, Although BOTH sides of this one have some ink writing that is very hard to see. Zoom in close for name and initials!! SUPER nice considering most India Singles are quite worn! For me NM is for Still Sealed records!! EX means EXCELLENT vinyl, no need to search for a better copy!! MOST OF THESE INTERNATIONAL BEATLES SINGLES ARE SUPER HARD TO FIND, IN EX, MANY ARE QUITE RARE, ESPECIALLY THE ONES WITH RARE SONG COMBINATIONS. I’ve only seen this one about TWICE a year on EBay, and rarely EX!! These old 60s singles were made tough to hold up to high humidity and lots of wear and tear. Both songs are MONO!! Both songs are common worldwide singles, NOT on my personal HTF List!!
