HERE IS THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER CAPITOL RECORDS COMMERCIALLY ISSUED BEATLES PICTURE SLEEVE THERE IS. ONLY EAST COAST STRAIGHT CUT SLEEVES WERE PRODUCED - AND IN LIMITED NUMBERS !!
THIS SLEEVE WAS NEVER EASY TO OBTAIN - EVEN BACK IN 1964 ! THE "CAN'T BUY ME LOVE" PICTURE SLEEVE IS THE RAREST OF THE STANDARD SLEEVES ISSUED WITH A CAPITOL BEATLES SINGLE. IT FEATURES THE SAME DEZO HOFFMANN PHOTOGRAPH AS THE SLEEVE FOR CAPITOL'S FIRST BEATLES 45 "I WANT TO HOLD YOUR HAND".
IN FACT, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE DIFFERENT SONG TITLES AND RECORD NUMBER, THE SLEEVE IS VIRTUALLY IDENTICAL TO THE EAST COAST VERSION OF THE "I WANT TO HOLD YOUR HAND" SLEEVE.
GUARANTEED to be an original. The vinyl is in VG Plus condition. The picture sleeve is VG Plus on one side and VG on the other side as there is an erased pencil mark of "George" over George Harrison's head. There are no seam splits . This is a really fine example of a rare Beatles collectible.

I will play grade on certain items only - it is just impossible for me to play grade everything I put on EBay. In my terminology Scratches are feeler type and Scuffs are just cosmetic and inaudible.
