This rarity 7-inch vinyl 1978 Capitol reissue single features the iconic Beatles songs TICKET TO RIDE and YES IT IS and is a must-have for any serious Beatles 45 collector.
This set of Purple labels from Capitol from 1978 are different, all have border print starting with “Mfd. by Capitol”. Later issues on Purple labels from 1988 say “Manufactured by Capitol” with the full word used!! NONE OF THESE SINGLES FROM 1978 SAY “STARLINE”.
This record grading is Excellent (EX), my highest grade, and the Silver Capitol Company Sleeve grading is also Excellent (EX), making it a great addition to any collection. I am selling my full set (28) of these 1978 Capitol “Mfd.” records. Keep watching for others!!!
The record label is Capitol Purple and the release year is 1978. The vinyl is black in color and made of high-quality material, all of the first 20 releases are MONO except the super rare STEREO “Slow down / Matchbox”. The record speed is 45 RPM.
