The BEATLES 45. USA Capitol CEMA Purple label issue for one of 31 1990s “Jukebox Only” Beatles singles. Labels are common purple 1990s CEMA Jukebox Only style Issued from 1992 thru 1996 for these 31 different singles. Most were reissues, but NOT this one!! And about a dozen were new combos of Beatles tunes, like this one: HERE COMES THE SUN and OCTOPUS’S GARDEN. Both songs originally from THE BEATLES - ABBEY ROAD album. This is likely the only Beatles 45 worldwide with songs by 2 Beatles not named Lennon and McCartney!!! On great Translucent Yellow (Gold) vinyl, see photos, beautiful!! It comes with White sleeve only! Sorry! NOTE: 3 of these CEMA Beatles singles were released on 2 colors of vinyl: Love me do (Red alternate), Taxman (Black alternate), Norwegian wood (Green alternate). Making 34 possibles!! Of course the rarer versions (fewer issued) of these 3 are quite expensive!! If I recall right, only 10,000 to 30,000 of any of these 31 singles were pressed, and less than 1000 of the rare alternates!! Some are getting expensive like Lucy in the Sky, $75+!! Usually because these Cema pressings are the only way to get a given song on 45 worldwide!!! Including this OCTOPUS’S GARDEN single. THIS THE ONLY SINGLE OF THAT SONG WORLDWIDE!!! And Here Comes the Sun is also rare, only from Japan, Philippines and Portugal!! But these colored vinyl Cema Singles are quite collectable!! This 45 YELLOW Vinyl Condition is Goldmine EX. Fully shiny, virtually unplayed as most Cema Beatles usually are!! Most were sold in stores, not leftovers from jukeboxes!! The labels are clean, no writing, and both sides are sharp! NOTE: both sides are STEREO!!!! But nearly all worldwide issues of this pairing are Stereo! Except Here Comes the Sun from Portugal!!! Stereo became common on 45s in 1969!
