DIE BEATLES (THE BEATLES) 45, actually SHE LOVES YOU (sung in German) and I’LL GET YOU. Fantastic! Unique! Classic!! USA original 1964 SWAN White Labels with Red Print!! Several variations out there. See Bruce Spizer Beatles book SWAN SONGS This record Issued as Swan S4182. But, SWAN also released regular SHE LOVES YOU and I’LL GET YOU on Swan S4152 leading to some confusion! There are dozens of different SHE LOVES YOU Swan labels out there!! And several different SIE LIEBT DICH Swan labels too!! Most are legit! Some not!!! See my blue sticker on the White Sleeve. It shows the Bruce Spizer (“Beatles Swan Song” Book) code and indicators of a legit SWAN Sie Liebt Dich (style 1, Swan 4182b). White Label with Red Print and “Don’t Drop Out” included. These songs were follow up releases to She Loves You because Swan assumed it had the rights to this version also. In 1963 Capitol passed on Beatles song rights until the release of I Want To Hold Your Hand and the LP WITH THE BEATLES in Nov. 1963. The Beatles songs from 1961 to November 1963 were sold to companies elsewhere (VeeJay, Tollie, Swan, Atco, MGM). When the Beatles Recorded Sie liebt dich and Komm gib mir deine hand in early 1964, Swan claimed they had the rights to that version and released it, until Capitol sued and put a stop to it. Meanwhile Sie liebt dich was released legally in Germany, Australia, and Canada!! All are rarity 45s. SUPER COLLECTABLES!! This Vinyl Condition is Goldmine EX, my highest grade. Fully shiny with some scuffs and marks but clean vinyl and plays thru well. A super copy for its age! Labels are clear of writing, only lightly worn, and no stickers or writing on either side, amazing!! NO DRILL HOLE!! (Indication of a discounted/ returned record!!). I consider EX discs Fully Collectable, and I only consider Sealed items as NM. EX means Fantastic Collectable, Worth Saving and Having for a permanent collection. No need to search for better! I only use NM for factory sealed items!! I keep VG+ and better, unless I find an EX (Excellent) to replace it!! This is Great for 55 year old vinyl. A SUPER Collectable from Philadelphia SWAN Records. Trying to collect all the Swan She Loves You/Sie liebt dich variations would be fun, but I have moved on and will be selling mine! Including this one!! These are 2 songs from the early Years: SIE LIEBT DICH and I’LL GET YOU. This comes with Common White Sleeve. And Both songs here are MONO! And all the Original 60s Beatles 45s were MONO until Get Back!! Stereo did not become common on 45s till 1969! Pricing these is difficult, I try to be fair but prudent.
