The BEATLES. 6 song Double EP. Spain 45 rpm vinyl records. Vinyl Condition is Goldmine VG+. Means it looks mostly shiny with some scruffs and marks, but plays thru nicely. . Labels are VG+, clean but show some age wear. VG+ Picture Sleeve/ Booklet, shows age but still very nice, NO writing, NO tears, ALL pages intact, VG+ overall!! Note: Records were pressed in Spain, standard Blue Odeon labels. But, Booklet was printed in Germany!! See inside of back cover!! 55years old from Spain. See 2 gold stickers on outer side of the cover, one front, one back. Both say SOLM 1-2, indicating the issue number of this EP twosome!! Truly a Great Collectable. Original from 1967 with Blue Odeon labels. Contains the 6 songs that later became Side One of the MAGICAL MYSTERY TOUR LP, eventually released worldwide after it was created by Capitol USA!! With foreign EPs there is a lot to search through, and pricing varies a ton. Songs on this set: MAGICAL MYSTERY TOUR, YOUR MOTHER SHOULD KNOW, and I AM THE WALRUS plus THE FOOL ON THE HILL, FLYING, and BLUE JAY WAY. It was released on 45 EPs first in UK, songs from their TV Film from late 1967 that was really a flop, kind of homemade and done after the death of their manager Brian Epstein. But.....the music stayed first class, inventive and full of melody and harmony, and with the addition of 5 other 1967 psychedelic Beatles hits from earlier in the years, the US album became a classic and was eventually copied worldwide. MAGICAL MYSTERY TOUR and THE FOOL ON THE HILL are only on 45 Singles from US Capitol Cema 1996, limited numbers pressed on gold vinyl, numbers 95 and 96 on my Hard to Find list. YOUR MOTHER SHOULD KNOW and FLYING are not on any Beatles Single worldwide!! Only on 45 EPs!! And this is the only way to get BLUE JAY WAY as a single (one song on a side). This Spain Beatles EP set is MONO. Not likely Spain issued this set in Stereo. No Beatles Stereo singles from Spain all the way thru 1970!!
