Description
This is the stereo version (ST2228), black label with colorband, that I bought many years ago. I had it framed in my listening room. It was often the center of attention because of the autographs,
In the 1990's, I sent it to a famous New York auction house and was told that one appraiser thought it was legitimate and another thought it was the work of an infamous Southern California forger. Given that only a half a dozen US albums have been authenticated, I go with the forger view.
It is still a great conversation piece, but I no longer have a listening room in our retirement home, so it is time to pass it along.
