BEATLES - A Hard Day's Night Vinyl LP MONO PMC 1230 (NEAR MINT) mid 60s pressing. Condition is Used. Dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class.
Up for sale is a mid 1960s original UK mono pressing of the Beatles' album "A Hard Day's Night"
This record is in lovely, seemingly unplayed condition. It is not a very first pressing due to the label style that is used on the record but it uses the original stampers from the very first pressing run, so it will sound identical to a very first pressing, and such a record is very rare to come by in such lovely condition. It's a real shame that I have to let this one go, a decision I didn't make lightly.
Grading: Record: Near Mint - It sounds beautiful, as good as the day it was pressed more than 50 years later, some very slight noise between tracks but once the music starts you hear only the warm analogue goodness of this original 1960s sound, with no inner groove distortion to speak of too! It's truly a beautiful sounding record and one that's been kept in the very best shape
Cover - VG+ - The cover of this record is it's original 1960s 3 flipback cover, made by Garrod & Lofthouse, which has minimal wear to it. The spine is clear and readable and it's held up well over the years, and if treated with care, will last for many more to come. There's some very slight cardboard damage on the opening but it's minor and will be fine if treated with care, this can be seen in the photos
