"BC-13" 1978 UK export to the USA only numbered edition of 3500, this one is numbered 1995. All 12 UK Parlophone/Apple pressings of the Beatles British catalog, 13 LP's counting the White Album as 2, plus the US purple label Capitol Records version of the "Rarities" album, with a blank-back paper sleeve and the English versions of "I Want To Hold Your Hand" and "She Loves You", for a total of 14 records. ALL the British LP's are STILL SEALED, all but 1 or 2 have the "IMPORTED FROM ENGLAND" Union Jack sticker. The set is rounded off with the first edition of the poster that features the 4 individual pictures that cam e in the White Album. This poster eventually was included in later pressings of "Let It Be".
Box has some wear and small splits at the fold points, the textured box appears to be slightly faded, more 'grey' than blue. Apparently had the 'LIMITED EDITION' sticker beneath "the Beatles Collection" on the front and where that was you can tell that the box was clearly more blue originally. It is uniformly grey though, so I have no idea how it would have become a uniform other color if it started out blue? There are two small surface tears where the sticker was removed.
