If you've been looking for a genuine and authentic 3rd State (peeled) harder to peel #6 LA Butcher Cover that doesn't look like it's ready for the trash can but don't want to spend $900 or more, then this might be for you ! This offering comes complete with the vinyl and original inner sleeve.

Condition:
Front of Jacket:
Took this in on trade this week from a regular customer. Decent overall peel with some touch up here and there most notable near Ringo's left black pant leg area (which is often where folks get curious and lift a corner). Probably not for the picky buyer, but definitely better than other offerings on the web in this price range. A few minor mouth edge abrasions as well but nothing too horrific. Capitol glue residue from the trunk adhesive process is light and don't interfere or overpower the overall look of this peel.

Seams:
Top seam is complete. Bottom seam is also mostly complete with a small section of balding/separation on the end of that seam. To protect the integrity of the seams and avoid future damage, a record should never be placed or stored in this jacket. This album jacket is nearly 60 years old and should be protected accordingly.
Spine:
Spine also mostly complete with most printing legible with some cracking mostly 3/4 of the way down near the bottom of the spine. (See Spine photos).
Back Of Jacket:
The back of the jacket is fairly clean with a few light stains near the song title "Act Naturally". Other than that, light wear and average toning. (See photo of back)
Trunk Slick:
Sorry but there is NO TRUNK SLICK included with this auction.
Record/Inner Sleeve:
Comes complete with Mono West Coast mono pressing in VG visual condition (light scuffs and scratches). Correct 1966 West Coast Goldenrod CAPITOL INNER SLEEVE with this record that is decent but displays a typical side and bottom splits of several inches. Record will come stored in a Vinyl Style archival style inner sleeve .

This item has been through a laborious process from the 2nd state to what you see here, and as such, the grading is unique on this item.This cannot be graded like a comic book or a baseball card due to the fact that this jacket has twice been altered from its original state, once by the paste over process at the Capitol Factory and likewise by the peeling process. Any minor imperfections are from either process. The photos speak for themselves and we do our best to accurately grade these historic artifacts.
