Beatles UV Framed Peeled Stereo 3rd State Butcher Cover

Beatles 1966 Genuine Capitol Scranton Stereo Framed  Peeled Butcher Cover w/Removed Trunk Slick & Stereo Record

I don't have to tell you about the rarity and popularity and value of the "Butcher Cover" but it is important to note that Stereo editions are far more rare than mono Butchers and very seldomly show up in displayable shape like this with the removed trunk slick. In great shape, stereo Butcher Covers often exceed the 1k mark in  price. While obviously not a near mint piece, this one is very reasonably priced based on the overall condition. This would look amazing in any room, whether it be an office, den or bedroom.

If you look around , you will find people paying up to $500 and $600 for genuine stereo peels with noticeable and obvious damage to the Butcher Slick. This one was framed due to the fact that the seams and spine had some splitting throughout on top and bottom seams as well as a significant amount of paper missing from the spine . This is not noticeable while in the frame. The only issue I see on the Butcher Slick is on the  very top on a few small sections of the purple border  which appears to be touched up spots  and a few minor nicks here and there that aren't too tragic at all.The back of the jacket displays average wear with a strip of tape visible on the bottom seam only visible on the back of the jacket and not seen in when in the frame. The seams, where they were split appear to have been neatly glued . Please photos of the item out of the frame Although this isn't a top condition copy, it looks very nice and there are no serious tragedies such as large tears as far as the Butcher slick goes and just the usual slightly brownish tint  and  tell tale horizontal lines caused by the application process of the trunk slick 45 years ago.Capitol factory that they used to paste the Trunk Slick on ... Still  this looks fabulous in the quality UV protective frame. The frame is nice and solid and not one of those cheapo $9.99 jobs. This would be expensive to frame this way in a frame shop and would cost between $50 to $100.

The peeled trunk slick is included which is somewhat  wrinkled . The Stereo Scranton pressing is included as well which looks playable somewhere in the G condition range. Includes genuine 1966 Goldenrod  Capitol inner sleeve. Not sure is this is east coast or winchester sleeve.

Free US Parcel Post Shipping. I will ship this internationally but due to Pay Pal requirements of a signature upon delivery, Fed Ex is required as a shipping service at a minimum cost of $129.99. If the cost is less, I will gladly refund the difference. Additionally, Ebay requires that all customs and duty taxes are paid by the buyer. This item must be insured and  therefore, I must declare the actual value of the item on the customs form. These terms are firm and not negotiable. Please have a look at the photographs carefully to get an idea of the overall condition of this item. This item is a used item being sold "as is". Please note that the John Lennon shirt seen in this auction as a backdrop is not included.

Happy Bidding !
