Description
THE BEATLES - One 45 rpm vinyl record with original Picture Sleeve from 1969. "The Ballad of John & Yoko"/"Old Brown Shoe". Apple 2531. 1969. Condition: Picture Sleeve VG+ (better than Very Good)/Record VG+ (better than Very Good). Picture sleeve has a 2" seam split at bottom edge. If not for that this would be Mint Minus as there are no tears, writing, stickers, and no tape on either side. The vinyl record is also very clean, glossy vinyl, no damage on either side of record label such as writing, tears, stickers, tape, etc. This is the first pressing Apple records with the Capitol logo in small print on the bottom B side.
"The Ballad of John and Yoko" reached the No. 8 position in the U.S. on Billboard in 1969.
This comes with a poly sleeve which the Picture Sleeve has been stored in, and an additional white paper sleeve for the record. There are two different shots of the group on the A side and B side of the sleeve, if you were not aware of that. A nice addition to a collection!
Postage: $3.00 for 1st class shipping with insurance, within the U.S. We accept Paypal, money orders, checks to clear. No refunds, but see our excellent feedback on selling records.
