Description
Offer here is the elusive Winchester Apple pressing of the Ballad of John & Yoko b/w Old Brown Shoe. This undocumented label variation is not listed in the Bruce Spizer book THE BEATLES ON APPLE RECORDS. This label print for the song title and group’s on the A side is at the very bottom, below the hole. Stardard label variation for this title has the song title to the left, also the Stereo print on this label is on the left side instead of the right. Song title on the B side is also very different for the song Old Brown Shoe is skewed on 3 lines with the Stereo print below it, instead on the right side. This one up for bid is at best G+ or better, it’s been well loved! Labels are VG++ with a small brown line on the Old Brown Shoe side. A decent filler piece till another better one comes along.
