COMES WITH VERY RARE ORIGINAL PICTURE SLEEVE!
NOTE: The grades I use are Mint (rarely used grade), Near Mint, VG+++ (rarely used grade), VG++, VG+, VG, VG Minus, Good+, Good, Fair and Poor.

Picture Sleeve is in Good condition. Has minor ringwear and some wrinkling. One side has old tape marks by the top. Front of sleeve also has an old tape mark which used to hold a 2" tear together. Small 3/4" split, bottom-center. Still a rare picture sleeve in ANY condition!
Record is in Good condition. Has some wear, marks and scratches. Should be easily replaceable.
