Description
RARE 'THE BEATLES' CHRISTMAS RECORD
1963 UK 1st FAN CLUB FLEXI DISC
EXCELLENT CONDITION
This is a 1-sided, 33 1/3rpm flexi-disc and was only available to UK fan club members and 25,000 copies only were pressed. It contains specially recorded messages by each member, recorded at Abbey Road studios. It has a blue and white 'Lyntone Recordings' label, LYN 492 and comes in its original yellow printed gatefold newsletter cover.
DISC CONDITION
The disc is in excellent condition, there are no creases, bends or scratches. Considering its age it plays exceptionally well and there are no clicks or jumps.
COVER
The cover is in good condition, there are no splits, tears, stains or writing on it but there is a crease down the middle, otherwise it is pristine. On the front of the cover it shows the beatles, inside (which houses the disc) it incorporates the National Newsletter No.2 Christmas 1963 and on the back of the cover there are two pictures, one with the Beatles and their secretaries and the other the Beatles being presented to the Queen at the Royal Variety Performance 63.
Considering its age the whole thing is in very good condition.
I will post Worldwide if requested on negotiation with the purchaser.
