The Beatles Collection. New Zealand BC13 . Blue Box Version 1. Red letters and 14 LP with the 1st "sampler not for sale" version of the blue covered Rarities LP. 
This is one of several variations of the New Zealand box. 

Unique New Zealand issues with ‘canvas’ look finish on the box. Comes with large extra poster which is a blow up of the white album pictures.

Other interesting cover variations include With the Beatles with a sepia tone sleeve, A hard day's Night with the greeny/grey NOT BLUE cover, Beatles for sale variant cover with white inner gatefold and error on front sleeve with missing album titles!, Sgt Pepper (single sleeve) , Let It be (red apple) Abbey road (rear white border), UK Rarities with "sampler  album not for sale ",  Yellow Submarine with rear red lines. Matrix PSLP 261 A / hand etched 

M-/Ex to Ex+   Very first pressing on the matt black label, which quickly changed to grey like all the other labels in the box. Includes the misprinted credit showing Lennon/McCartney on The Inner Light.   Cover has some light handling marks in the high gloss laminate surface.  

Box : No splits, these boxes are usually faded and split, but this one is a beauty. Only fault I can see is there's a very minor blemish about 3 inches from the right on the bottom edge, placed in line with the middle of George and Ribngo's signatures. 

Poster : Large poster of white album photos  is EX. Still folded as it came. Some mild handling creases and age spots on white back from being folded for over 3 decades. Never posted on a wall.
