Description
Well, this is it folks. This is my last week of selling the big stuff on eBay! It's been a great 6 months and I hope there have been gaps in your collection that have now been filled. This week is my final push of some of the best records and memorabilia I have! Thank you all so much for following me!
Please be aware that all records are VISUALLY graded only - all grades are given based on how they appear under my desk lamp - since I do not own a record player. I cannot guarantee that discs will be click and skip free, although any marks and scratches that might possibly cause such problems will be highlighted clearly in the description.
A Collection of Original Beatles Book and PaperworkThis auction is for a small collection of original Beatles booklets and paperwork from the 60's.
Click on any photo below to see an enlargement.
Included in this lot are:
All My Loving - Original 1963 Sheet Music
VG condition. Has some light creases and has yellowed a little with some light browning around the edges, and a couple of light brown spots on the back, but no tears or writing or anything.
The Beatles By Royal Command
EX- condition. A 1963 Daily Mirror publication commemorating the Beatles' Royal Command Performance. All the pages are clean and free of any writing, creasing etc and , bar a very small one on the back page at the bottom, is free from tears. All the pages are pale and the cover and inner double-spread photo of the guys playing have a good, rich colour to them.
The Beatles - The Full Words of 20 Hits Written By Them
VG+/EX- condition. A giveaway with the magazine Fabulous. Just contains lyrics to their early songs and a couple that were given to other artists. Holding well. Fabulous only used one staple when manufacturing these booklets so the pages inside are a little loose, but they're still all stapled in and there's no writing, creases, tears etc. Looking nice!
The Beatles in America
VG condition. A Daily Mirror production commemorating the Beatles' 1964 trip to America. A previous owner has cellotaped a platic covering on the booklet which has caused some cellotape yellowing around the edges, and around the edges of the back and front cover pages. The rest of the booklet is pretty clean with no writing, tears etc.
The Beatles Anthology Home Video Promotional Popcorn Bag
EX condition. A weird one this. I originally bought this under the impression that it was used as a promotional paper bag when the VHS edition of the Anthology was being sold but it turns out that this was actually a promotional popcorn bag! Who'd have thought it! Condition is really nice with no real damage. Never used. There is a small £3 price sticker in one corner though. Looking nice overall
Beatles Original Unused Fan Club Card - 1968 to 1971
EX+ condition. An unsued fan club card that covers from May 1968 to April 1971. No creases or wear or anything - generally looking really nice! There's a weird little spot to the left of the Beatles fan club logo though.
TV Picture Life - June 1965
VG+ condition. I bought this years ago as it has a competition inside 'To Help Ringo Name his First Baby' with first prize to see the Beatles in person. I bought it mainly because the piece of paper advertising this competition is still stuck to the original cover. It's been there for nearly 50 years and nearly all would have been peeled or lost long ago! The magazine is sealed up in plastic to help protect the paper and, overall, it's holding up okay - just some light, general browning from aging. THe paper itself has a few little creases and "£2" written on it in light pencil.
