DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: light ringwear on the rear, otherwise Superb...Laminate tight...Edges and corners sharp: EX
VINYL - SIDE ONE: just a few very fine surface hairlines...plays beautifully with just a little static between tracks..no pops, clicks, skips or distortion..Beautiful clear sound!: VISUAL EX- / AUDIO EX

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
