"FOUR BY THE BEATLES" 1964 US original Capitol EAP-1-2121, 4-track 7" EP with sleeve.
Roll Over Beethoven-This Boy-All My Loving-Please Mr. Postman
The sleeve has light shelf wear on one side with a teeny tiny pencil name above George's head. The other side has more obvious shelf/carrying case wear and a slight crease from top center down to just below the song titles. The bend continues at George's shoulder down to Ringo's elbow. It is a light crease not severe but obvious. (The bend is not visible on the other side of the sleeve.) Turning it just right in the light you can see a partial 'cup' stain past George's chin to John's chin. Spine is fully intact. Top seam has a 1" top center fine-line split and 1-1/2" right corner split. The bottom seam is split halfway from the right corner to just past the middle.
The side of the sleeve without the crease actually looks very nice. The sleeve is suitable for a nicer record to fill a place in a completist collection, although picky collector's will not want it to keep.
The 7" EP itself is present but WRECKED, no two ways about it. Slot filler ONLY.
