Description
1st UK pressing – Parlophone PCS 3062 – yellow & black labels.
The rim message starts with "The Parlophone Co. Ltd." and the label has "Sold in the U.K..." statement.
Original gatefold sleeve with laminated front cover with outline STEREO in top right corner and flip-backs sleeve on the inside.
Inner : probably not the original inner sleeve, this one is a printed EMI advertizing for 16 records on each side, among others the “Revolver” album, along with Yardbirds, Manfred Mann, Hollies, Zoot Money. It is in EX+ condition.
Matrix Numbers : YEX 142-1 / 143-1
KT tax code visible on side 1
Mothers (at 9 o’clock position) : side 1 : (vertically) 1 6 (or could it be 1 G ?) / side 2 : 5
Stampers (at 3 o’clock position) : side 1 : R T / side 2 : O H
Condition (cover graded first) : VG+ (small 1cm spine crease on top & very light damage in bottom right edge) / EX+ (no visible hair scratch at all – great labels - all very very clean and glossy - are in this condition).
Please do not take my bad 92% feedback rating into account ! I have sold hundreds of items on ebay without a problem but unfortunately I sold cycling magazines to some unscrupulous Frenchman last year and he left me 13 negative feedbacks for the 13 magazines I'd sold him only 10 days after winning them ! He received them the day after but didn't bother asking ebay to cancel them and I tried hard to get rid of them but ebay never answered to any of my mails...
