THE BEATLES COLLECTION (Dec 1978 - Odeon / EMI / Parlophone / Apple Records) French Box Set - RARE!!

The French edition of the UK box set is nearly the same as the UK version. Exceptions are that French formats are included for  A Hard Day's Night (as 4 Garcons Dans Le Vent), and the first album (With The Beatles) has a unique cover (as Les Beatles #1). (see photos)  The included albums and their catalogue numbers are as follows; 
Les Beatles #1 - Odeon 2C066 4219 4 Garcons Dans Le Vent (A Hard Day's Night) - Odeon 2C 066 04145 Help -Parlophone / Pathe Marconi 2C 066 04257 Revolver - Pathe Marconi (on back - EMI Odeon on front) 2C 066 04097 (only says The Beatles on the spine) Rubber Soul - 2C 066 4115 (ditto front and back labels) (only says The Beatles on the spine) Sgt Pepper - Odeon 2C 066 04177 also lists EMI and Pathe on the back MMT - spine says PCTC 255 - back says same + OC 066 06 243 no other label specifics on jacket White Album - Spine says The Beatles - Stereo PCS 7067-8 * mono PCM 7067-8 However...the labels say SMO 2051 with YEX 709, etc below. Gatefold w/ inserts Yellow Submarine - Pathe / Apple 2C066 04002 Stereo Gravure Universelle Hey Jude - Pathe 2C 066 04348 (only The Beatles on the Spine - label says The Beatles Again) Abbey Road - Pathe 2C 066 04243 (w/ Apple logo on the back) (only says The Beatles on the Spine)  Let It Be - Pathe / Apple / Emi 2C 066 04433 - red apple logo on back
Also included is the original JEM sale sheet for retailers. It is not dated, and has no specific number for the set. 
We know alot about the Beatles, but you'all know way more...please ask for specifics. We could not find this set on the internet to  definitively date it. There are no bar codes. It does NOT include Rarities, like some of the other countries, so I'm not sure if  it dates from the same era as the UK / US / Australia set from 1978. I did find another French set, but it has a different box. 

From what I can tell, the vinyl has never been played. They are all stored in nice mylar sleeves. the jackets all look pristine. 

I only looked at a couple to get specifics, and they were beautiful. 

The box is intact, but has lots of shelf wear, including some tape on the removable top. (see photos)
