Both sides of this massively rare demo are pristine and both lables and vinyl have got to be graded as Nr MINT, I have never seen a demo in this perfect condition, I have not played this demo as it looks as it may have never been played!! In my opinion there cannot be a better pressing of this anywhere in the world and it is by far the best record I have sold, the sleeve is EXCELLENT and is the green and white wavy top Parlophone type with the comic strip "Fran the fan" rear.
