1964 Earliest 1st Stereo UK pressing on the yellow and black Parlophone label.
"The Gramophone ...." text on the label rim, "Sold in the UK text" and without "Recording first published on labels.
Cover: VG+ to Near Excellent. This is the Garrod & Lofthouse 1st pressing cover which is laminated on the front (unlaminated rear) with the rear triple flip-backs and 'pinched' spine; and the 1st pressing outline STEREO text on the front cover. No writings/doodles or seam splits - which is amazing as most Beatles records from this era have some writing/doodles or messages on them. There is some creasing on the front which is forming the beginnings of a 1" tear and has been taped inside to prevent any further damage. See photos.
Inner sleeve: Emitex poly-lined inner sleeve is Excellent.
Labels: Excellent. 1st pressing with 'Lark Mus.' credit for Act Naturally.
Vinyl: Play tested. Looks Excellent with a few light hairlines and a nice sheen. Plays VG+. No skips/jumps. Some background crackle between tracks but barely noticeable during the tracks except in very quiet parts. A real testimony to the durability of these UK first pressings. Sounds great in stereo.

Gradings.......
Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.
Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.
Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump.
Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc
Bad - The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
