An overall very good plus condition copy of this 1965 UK 1st press Beatles classic LP with glossy vinyl, very nice condition front-side laminated outer sleeve, original inner, and impressive MONO sound quality.

Increasingly rare and sought after 1965 UK MONO 1st press Beatles psych/rock classic;  very good plus VG+) condition weighty and completely flat glossy vinyl still retaining a nice jet black sheen but there are a number of wispy hairlines and very light scuff marks on each side, and on side 2 there are two non-feelable surface scuff lines which are slightly more visible, one traverses most of the side from the circumference to the dead wax area and the other the first three tracks - all non-feelable and appearing to be superficial only;  very good plus (VG+) labels - unmarked apart from a number of light spindle trails adjacent to the centre hole on each label (see photos);  very good plus (VG+) condition front-side laminated 1st press flipback Garrod and Lofthouse outer sleeve with firm unscuffed edges & rigid spine, near perfectly defined right angled corners with barely any rubbing, and remaining eminently presentable. The spine text remains perfectly intact, the reverse side flipbacks are in great shape, the opening edges are devoid of any fraying and all art work/colours, photos, and text remain vibrant, impressively intact and with great definition still. The only noticeable small blemish is a very small stain mark towards the bottom flipback on the reverse side (see photo)  Very good plus (VG+) - most would grade as "excellent" I am sure - MONO sound quality with no skips, repeats, jumps, obvious clicks (just a few very, very light background clicks towards the beginning of A4 - close inspection revealed the cause as a very light 5mm scratch), no distortion or interference and any background crackle is at an absolute minimum...negligible in fact with just some very faint crackle during some of the intermissions - simply great tone and clarity throughout with every track remaining a timeless and brilliant listen. 

Comes complete with excellent (EX) condition 1st press poly-lined "USE EMITEX" inner sleeve with no edge splits and absolutely minimal creasing/age discolouration.

An overall very nice condition copy of this timeless classic with impressive MONO sound quality throughout.

Note that I always insert the vinyl into a new plain white poly-lined inner sleeve in order to protect the original during postage, and separate this from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits. I use thick cardboard stiffeners and take great care in my packaging to ensure as far as possible that these precious records reach their destination in exactly the same condition as when they leave me.
