You are bidding on the exact 12” LP (33 1/3 rpm) record shown in my photos. These are NOT stock photos.

It is the “Original Motion Picture Sound Track THE BEATLES A Hard Day’s Night”. This item is the original stereo 12” LP (UAS 6366) as manufactured and released by Capitol (ST-90828) for their Record Club in December 1966.

Collector’s Notes:

This is the Capitol Record Club issue in stereo available from late 1966 to early 1967.

• Both label and cover list the record club's catalog number (ST-90828).

• The record was pressed by Capitol’s Jacksonville (IL) factory and the cover has a "4" on the back lower right corner.

• These albums were pressed by Capitol with the same United Artists label backdrops as the original UA release. The labels include the phrase “Mfd. by Capitol Records.”

• The covers were also manufactured by Capitol and have wrap around back cover slicks, rather than the front cover wrap around slicks on the UA issued album jackets.

• The “I Cry Today” misprint is on both the label and the cover.

• Both “This Boy” and “I Cry Instead” are credited to Maclen Music.

• The stamped matrix numbers are “ST1-90828-W1” & “ST2-90828-W1”

Vinyl Condition: Vinyl is in NM- (based on Goldmine) condition. The labels are intact with minor storage wear and no writing or stickers. The vinyl is clean and shiny. There are 2 or 3 very faint scuffs which do not affect the sound.

**Most importantly, other than 3 very light tics/pops during This Boy, the record plays beautifully and PERFECTLY on my Fisher system with no other tics, noise, skips or hiss..

Cover Sleeve Condition: Cover is in VG+ (based on Goldmine) condition. The cover does show some aging signs (stains?), but no writing or stickers. The bottom seam has a 2½ inch edge split, otherwise all seams are intact. Please look carefully at all my photos for best indication of condition.

Inner Sleeve Condition: There is a Capitol generic inner sleeve which I suspect may not be original to this record. This inner sleeve has a small number 37 written on it. It also has a 2” bottom seam split as well as a 2½ inch side seam split.

Free Shipping in the USA via USPS Media Mail with a tracking number. This record will be wrapped safely between the inner sleeve and cover sleeve and tight in a double cardboard sandwich and then placed in a box.
