Description

Here's a very nice copy of the Beatles Help lp, audiophile Japan Red Wax copy, Odeon OP 7387. Included is the obi, the original lyric insert, and the Odeon inner pouch advertising 70 other Odeon releases. The laminated stiff cardboard gatefold cover is EX+ to near mint, not as flimsy as the earlier Beatle pressings, with some light soiling/spotting on the inside. The insert also has some crinkles and spots, but is not creased. The Odeon inner pouch is in excellent condition. The vinyl has some light scuffing but it still has full gloss and the surface marks are faint. I'd rate it VG+ to EX. Plays very well. Hard to find in this condition. Usually they've been played to death. There are a handful of spindle marks on each side, but not like the roadmaps you usually see on these Odeon black labels. All in all very nice!

Shipping weight 1.75 pounds from zip 86305. You'll be happy with this one!/p>

The Rules- Buyer pays actual shipping. No hidden charges. Sellers who charge 4-6 dollars for Media mail are a pet peeve of mine.

Use the shipping calculator to figure your costs. Paypal preferred.

The Rant: I'm tired of receiving lps graded MINT that have scratches and scuffs. Also the ones that are so dirty the seller can't see the scratches and scuffs. I'm also dizzy from trying to decipher mint minus from EX+, VG+ from EX, etc, with no description of what caused that rating.

The commitment: I'll describe the item as much as I need to to give a clear picture of the condition. If there are flaws, I'll describe them. If there are ANY marks OF ANY KIND on the vinyl I'll play through them to make sure they do not affect the listening experience. If they do, the listing will say so. Grading is an arbitrary thing, so I'll assign a grade, and you can use the description to cross check. Please e:mail any questions prior to the close of the auction. I will guarantee your money back, plus your postage, if the description of the item is inaccurate.

The Request: If for any reason you are unhappy with what you receive, talk to me and let's try to work it out before starting the feedback wars. I'll be reasonable and respectful, unlike some of the dealers I've tried to talk to about their ratings.

Thanks for looking, and good luck!
