It comes with the original picture sleeve.

The record is in great condition with no marks or scratches other than a couple of faint traces of where fingers touched ons side. It still retains the original lustre and there is no writing on the labels. The picture sleeve is also in good condition. There is no writing or stickers on the sleeve. Both left and right sides have splits and there is some wear with tiny tears at the top. 

It has been professionally cleaned on a VPI 27 Typhoon record cleaning machine.
