Description
From 1964, comes The Beatles first LP entitled Introducing The Beatles on VJ SR1062 black label. This is an ORIGINAL stereo with the songs Please Please Me and Ask Me Why. The song titles are listed on the rear cover in columns(column back). The front cover has a white banner across the top with the word stereophonic in grey print. The word stereo appears on the label at 9 o'clock. It is a black label with the VJ letters on top with Vee-Jay Records underneath! There is a large deep groove on both sides of the record under the label which indicates it was probably a West Coast press! There is an MR in the deadwax indicating the master plates were made by Monarch Recording in California! Very scarce to get an ORIGINAL stereo!!
Tiny push lower left corner, Afex price sticker upper right on rear cover, tiny fold mark on bottom of rear cover and two small light stains. Minor stress marks.
Cover is VG++ and record is better than VG+ but not VG++.
