BEATLES JAPANESE STEREO BUTCHER SEALED
Perfect sleeve of the STEREO BUTCHER. Manufactured in very limited quatities, this is a near perfect Butcher sleeve. If you don't want to spend the 1000's of dollars to have an original one, or don't want to waste your money with any of the bad replicas that exists, this is your best option.....
RECORD included on this item is an original US pressing –UNKNOWN LABEL – in at least VG condition
How are the sleeves constructed ?
Constructed exactly as the original, has been made of tan fiberboard in which two printed slicks have been pasted.
Front slick is softly textured, with matted finishing
Measures and sizes of everything are exactly as the original .
Even the cardboard and the slicks have been folded as the original.
Perfect colors and perfect grey banner. Back sleeve is perfect and sharp Check all the images included.. Even the miniatures of other Beatles albums included on the back cover are perfect.
THE QUALITY OF THESE BUTCHER IS SUPERIOR TO THE FAMOUS 1993 JAPANESE REPLICA THAT FOOLED MANY COLLECTORS
And what about some of the repros that are being offered now ?
Last repros of the STEREO BUTCHER that have merged on the collector’s market are really poor…..
You have the german one ( thought to have been manufactured in the USA ), made with printed white posterboard, which also included the record, but used an uncropped image of the Butcher Photo sessions… No Inner sleeve is included, and the record, which is a MONO VERSION, has one track repeated…Bad repro
Then you have the “singaporese” copy. Has been made to looks similar: a printed slick pasted over white posterboard, which is directly printed on the back cover. If you pay attention to the front slick, you can find the separations of the scanning in two parts….No record is included on this repro. Usually advertised as the Japanese Repro, this is not the legendary Japanese Repro manufactured in 1993.
On both items, back cover is blurry and difuse, images of the other Beatles albums are very bad, logos are not clear… etc etc…
