Description
Rare 1978 promotional pressing of The Beatles performing "Komm, Gib Mir Deine Hand" on Side A and "Sie Liebt Dich" on Side B of a 12" record. Capitol AS 444. Very difficult to find, especially on clear vinyl (the vinyl is generally red or pink). Some online sources say this is a legitimate promotional disc and others say it is a bootleg. If it isn't legitimate the label quality is remarkable, additionally 'MASTERED BY CAPITOL' is stamped in the runout. I purchased this in a record store in 1978, played it once on a Thorens turntable, then replaced it in the original inner sleeve and stored it on edge until now. The vinyl is glossy and pristine, with no scuffs or scratches. There are two small brownish areas within the vinyl near the label, both of which can be seen in the second photo. The generic white cover has a handwritten description of the contents and is in excellent condition with minor rubbing and ringing. Thanks for looking!
