BEEN IN STORAGE FOR 25 YRS
This classic album and substantial original book is from my own private collection, it has been safely stored away for the past 25years when I moved to CDs. Sadly I know longer have the original box, if I did completed listing for those with original boxes suggest I would be retiring on the proceeds! Its amazing anyone has been able to keep such a flimsy construct from disintegrating over 30years of ownership. Anyway it is being liberated from its dark confines as the prices being achieved by the book alone, given its rarity, are too good to ignore.
The all important Matrix Numbers in the run out grooves are as follows:-

The substantial Get Back book is in a complete condition ie all pages are present there are no tears folds or handwriting writing, it does however have brown aging blemishes on a good number of its pages. It has always been carefully stored so I am at a loss to understand why they have occurred, it maybe this is a characteristic of the printing process used or the moisture content of the original paper. Prospective bidders should fully take this into account.
The vinyl disc is in excellent condition retaining a deep lustre with no ingrained dirt/dust and no scratches or pits, it has been unplayed for 25 years. I am a HiFi enthusiast so when they were played it was always on top end turntables like the Linn Sondek to minimise groove wear. When records are not from a single owner it must be impossible to determine whether or not they have been played using cheap or misaligned tonearms which will cause premature groove wear.
This outstanding album and its original book will be securely packaged in a professional Wrapro record mailer and sent immediately on receipt of cleared funds from the wining bidder, by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery in the UK. Should the final price justify it full insurance can be added at the buyers cost and on request.
