Detailed description
Vinyl: The vinyl has retained its original high sheen and although it has clearly been played it hasn't been mistreated. There are various hairlines, marks and scuffs but nothing significant. I have played the entire LP and it sounds great and plays through perfectly with no jumps, skips or sticking. There is some background noise in the quiet passages (tracks such as 'Let it Be', 'The Long and Winding Road', 'For You Blue' etc) and the run-ins/outs, fades, silent grooves, intros and spoken interludes, but nothing intrusive. There is the occasional random click and a few places where you get a soft repetive click (seven very quiet clicks only audible in the left channel during 'Across the Universe', then two in the fade; three very quiet clicks in the left channel during 'I Me Mine'; about ten quiet clicks in the left channel during 'I got a feeling'; six in the 'Danny Boy' ending to 'One after 909' and about five very soft clicks in 'The Long and Winding Road') but these are mentioned purely for the sake of accuracy and completeness as there is absolutely nothing loud or persistent and the whole LP was a real pleasure to listen to.
Labels: Both labels look great with no damage, writing, stickers etc and just typical spindle marking. Note that the side one label has been pressed slightly off-centre but this causes no problems whatsoever.
Sleeve: The sleeve is nice and clean with no damage, writing, splits, tears or stickers etc and just typical signs of use. There are laminate creases around the edges, corners and, in particular, the opening. Other than this, there is just some slight laminate ring wear and shaping around the disk.
Edge wear: top/opening/spine/bottom: minimal/minimal/minimal/minimal. There is very little wear to the edges. The spine is fully intact and legible.
Corner wear: There is slight wear to the corners at the opening. The corners at the spine, paticularly the bottom one, have a bit more wear which has been touched-in so that it is hardly noticeable.
Inner sleeve: Plain
Other inserts: n/a
Detracting features not covered above - none.
Please check out my other items and take advantage of reduced postage costs for multiple buys.

Information about descriptions.
My records are always described accurately and fairly. I always do my best to point out any blemishes which might detract from the item and all photographs are of the actual item you will get.
Play-graded vinyl: I will always state in the listing if I have played a record prior to describing it. When I play a record I listen to it carefully through headphones with the bass and treble adjusted to expose unwanted noise. I play it all the way through (unless stated otherwise) and take notes of any noise, clicks, distortion etc which I then use to write my description. Please note that in some cases my notes may be made several weeks before the record is listed on ebay.
First pressings and originals: Many of the records I sell are first pressings and I will usually include the relevant matrix information etc in the description. However, I can't be an expert on every artist/group and so sometimes I will use the word 'original' to identify a pressing which I think is a first pressing, but don't know for sure (but which is certainly NOT a recent pressing or audiophile release etc). If you specifically want a first pressing, and know how to identify it, please ask the relevant questions before you bid.

I care about the records I sell and believe that they need to be carefully and securely packaged to ensure that they survive their journey through the post. Vinyl is removed from the sleeve for posting and the contents will be protected with rigid cardboard stiffeners. All packages are labelled "Do not bend" and securely sealed with "FRAGILE" parcel tape.
