PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
(Super Mega Rare original 1964 LP on Parlophone Black and Yellow label with "Sold in UK", The “KT” Tax Code on Side One, The Parlophone Co Ltd printed around the Parameter, and Recording First Published 1964 text. Catalogue No is PCS 3062. (Matrix No’s YEX 142-1 / YEX 143-1) The Vinyl is visually in (Fair) condition with numerous surface marks and scratches,
and plays through ok with noticeable surface noise and clicks. The play skips a couple of times of tracks 3 and 4 side One, but does play through. The Yellow / Black Parlophone Labels are clean with some spindle wear marks. The Wonderful Laminated Picture gatefold LP sleeve is in (Fair) condition with a few noticeable creases and wear around the edges and spine.
(Sleeve has Outline Stereo Logo). There are a couple of tape repairs to top of spine. This is the original cover as displayed by the Flip Back edges to the centre gatefold section. Comes with original EMI "EMITEX" inner sleeve, which has a stamped Liverpool Music Stores name and address on top left hand corner (Creases Music Stores, 14 County Road, Walton, Liverpool) So it would seem that this LP by Liverpool's most famous band was originally sold in a Liverpool Retailer. Not in the greatest of conditions, nevertheless a very rare Stereo edition of this Classic Beatles LP, which has flaws but does play through. Currently books at £200.00 in RC Price guide, I am starting at a low bid price to attract interest. I have tried to describe this record honestly, so no return requests please.
