Description

The very 1st pressing of this LP, THE BEATLES 'REVOLVER' on Yellow/Black PARLOPHONE label, cat#PMC 7009 (Mono) were withdrawn as a demo version of 'TOMORROW NEVER KNOWS' was erroneously included. Getting a copy of that - if one were available - might well mean re-mortgaging the house! For the most of us this is the earliest pressing we're likely to see.

This is a very presentable copy of that album. The front-laminated G&L triple flipback cover is in fine Exc+, perhaps Near Mint condition. The back cover is similarly clean and unblemished. Please study the photos. The labels are clean and sharp with some middling light spindle-markings. The vinyl itself has a couple of non-sounding 'paper' marks due to removal/replacement to inner . There are 2 'hairline' marks which don't sound on my deck but might cause the odd quiet 'tick' or two on more sensitive equipment.
