THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1ST PRESS 1970 'LET IT BE' BOX SET BY THE BEATLES - WITH A RED APPLE LOGO ON THE COVER BACK, A WHITE INNER SLEEVE, AND THE GET BACK BOOK HOUSED IN A BLACK CARD TRAY.  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THE OUTER LAMINATED CASE HAS 'PATENTS PENDING' ON THE REVERSE - SHOWING A REALLY EARLY 1ST PRESSING!!!!  IT IS ALSO IN STUNNING CONDITION!!!!  DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY TO OWN A STUNNING COPY OF THIS MEGA RARE BOX SET!!!!

On offer here is a MEGA rare Box Set (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Beatles called "Let It Be" and is an ORIGINAL UK Stereo 1st Pressing!!!! This Box Set is COMPLETE with the laminated outer casing, the under tray, the book holder, the Get Back Book and the "Let It Be" (red apple) LP!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The matrix numbers are YEX 773-2U & YEX 774-2U. The stamper codes are 1(with 7 below it)/TL & 5/GAA. The Cat. No. for the Box Set package is PXS 1 and the Cat. No on the record is PCS 7096 on the ORIGINAL 'DARK' Green Apple label (see picture) and is a STEREO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Beatles at their best!!!! Any fan of The Beatles, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY few spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in stunning condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ALL OF ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visuall with NO pops, NO distortion, NO sticking, NO jumps, and NO crackle!!!! The record must grade FULL Excellent if not Excellent+!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 'patents' white inner sleeve!!!! The Red Apple Cover is in STUNNING condition!!!! LOOK AT THE PICTURES - can you get much better???? It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, NO corner wear, only a VERY few of the lightest creases (cover retains ALL its original flatness) and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the Red Apple back is in STUNNING condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness, and NO yellowing!!!! There is also NO splits, NO rips, and NO tears!!!! The cover must grade Excellent+ if not better!!!!

The Box I will describe in order.  Firstly the outside laminated case is in STUNNING condition!!!!  It has NO rips, NO laminate lifting, really STUNNING shiny laminate, barely ANY creasing,  NO splits, and the edges are AWESOME with NO feathering!!!! Even the corners are in brilliant condition - with only the VERY lightest wear/crinkling - but NOTHING through the colour!!!! It still retains a VERY nice shape and is VERY shiny - and is NOT crushed and glazed like so many others!!!!  It is in STUNNING condition - and really tough to find like this!!!! I would grade is Excellent(Minus) if not FULL Excellent!!!!  Next is the cardboard fold-over under tray.  It is in GREAT condition with NO rips, NO splits, NO edge wear, NO feathering, only slight corner wear/crinkling - but again NOT through the colour, NO staining, and only a few creases (mainly near the corners) - though it does retain its full shape VERY nicely!!!! There is some typical light rubbing from sliding in/out of the outer case - but this tray is still so much nicer than most that turn up!!!!  The edges are straight with NO feathering!!!!! The fold out under tray must grade Very Good if not Very Good+ with absolutely NOT major faults AT ALL!!!!  A brilliant conditioned under tray!!!! Next is the book holder.  This is were most of these Box Sets fall down.  It is VERY rare to even find a book holder in this set - most are in pieces, or not even there at all - BUT THIS ONE IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION and still very much together and in one piece!!!!  It has only a VERY few light creases (but still holds its shape incredibly well),  and the edges are AWESOME with NO feathering!!!! Even the corners are incredible - with only the VERY lightest wear - but NOTHING through the colour!!!!  It really its that light!!!!  There is also NO rips to the outer edges and NONE of the perferations are split or torn!!!!  There are four small splits (1 is tiny, 2 are VERY small, and one is slightly longer - but NONE are through to the perferations) in the usual places on the inside corners - but the previous owner (who clearly cared for and looked after this box set) repaired them well with glue - and now they are FULLY intact and NOTHING shows through the colour!!!!  Whilst this book tray isnt Mint - it is MILES better than most that turn up (as you can see from the pictures) and FULLY intact!!!!  It also retains its ORIGINAL Black colour with NO rubbing at all!!!! The book tray must grade Very Good if not Very Good+ and clearly hasnt been used much at all!!!! The Get Back Book is also in near PERFECT condition with NO loose pages, STUNNING glossy laminate, and NO wear!!!!  It must grade FULL Excellent if not better!!!!  THIS IS A STUNNING LOOKING BOX SET AND VERY RARE TO FIND LIKE THIS!!!!  THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THE BEST BOX SETS THAT WILL SEE!!!! TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS A STUNNINGLY CONDITIONED BOX SET AND VERY RARE TO FIND COMPLETE AND STILL WITH A DECENT SHAPE!!!!  DONT MISS OUT!!!!
