Description
Up for auction is a copy of Love Me Do b/w PS I Love You by The Beatles, released in 1962 on Parlophone cat no R 4949. This copy is a later pressing, probably from late 1963. Black label, no “Sold In UK” text, lower case rim copy, MPZT tax code (I think), 1-N matrix nos, -1 mother.
Condition: not bad at all. A-side has a little minor wear & surface marks. Flip side has a few larger marks, but everything plays through without any problems. Labels are both fantastic, just a couple of spindle trails on each side, though the b-side has a small sticker ( which should be removable, I think). All round VG.
My grades: I use a 10-point scale: M-; EX; VG+; VG; VG-; G+; G; G-; F (fair); P (poor), following Record Collector’s grading guidelines, with an extra + or – here & there to separate the wheat from the chaff. I never use mint as a grade for used records. As a long-term record collector, I know how disappointing it is when you receive over-graded records; my feedback from buyers indicates I normally undergrade in listings. Even so, if you have any problems, I'll give you your money back (less shipping costs), no questions asked. Buy with confidence! Any questions? Need any more photos or an audio sample? I'm only an email away.
Payment: UK- cheques (preferred) or Paypal. Rest Of World- Paypal. Email for other accepted methods of payment. Shipping: £2 (UK 1st class), £4 (Europe) £5.50 (rest of world-airmail). Recorded delivery is an additional £1 (UK), £4.50 (ROW). Check my other auctions; combine orders & save on shipping costs!
