1962 Parlophone 45-R 4949 UK Red Label
A really nice-looking original 1962 first pressing in EMI striped sleeve. Matrix 7XCE 17144 1N - the Ringo on drums / no tamborine version. The labels omit the "MIGB" statement.
MT lightly embossed to centre A-side label.
Run-out stamps are identical both sides: MPZT 1 & GL.
Condition:
Both labels are excellent clean condition. There are a few spindle trails, mostly confined to the centre push-out areas, very minimal wear to spindle hole. The labels are unfaded, very clean and with no writing or damage. Sharp unworn silver lettering.
Playing surfaces are still bright with just a few marks. Fantastic playback, although there is a repeated light 'pop' from a surface mark towards the end of B-side. No sticks or skips.
Disc graded EXCELLENT- condition
