THE BEATLES – MAGICAL MYSTERY TOUR
1969 Japanese Apple Red Vinyl LP – AP-9728
A superb, complete and exceptionally well-preserved example of the Japanese Apple issue of Magical Mystery Tour, pressed on the distinctive translucent red vinyl.
This is the 1969 Japanese Apple AP-9728 issue – the first Japanese Apple-label issue / third Japanese LP pressing overall, following the earlier Odeon issues.
Catalogue No: AP-9728
Label: Apple Records / Toshiba Musical Industries Ltd., Japan
Format: Stereo LP – translucent red vinyl
Original price: ¥2,200

CONDITION: EX+/EX+ (VINYL/SLEEVE)

Carefully play-tested on both sides. Playback is superb throughout, with no audible issues – no clicks, pops, skips or other distractions.
SLEEVE: EX+
The original gatefold sleeve is exceptionally well preserved, with strong colour and excellent overall presentation. Only minor signs of age and handling consistent with its vintage. Please examine the detailed photographs, which form part of the condition description.
OBI: EX+
Complete original blue-and-white ¥2,200 obi, very well preserved.
24-PAGE COLOUR BOOKLET: EX+
The integral 24-page full-colour picture/story booklet is complete and very well preserved, with excellent colour and clean internal pages. Only minor evidence of age or handling.
