BEATLES HISTORY OF THE FIRST UK SINGLE TO HAVE THE BEATLES NAME

This record is the first released record in the world to bear The Beatles' name. This UK edition is also the first official publication of the "My Bonnie" single outside of Germany (featuring an English-language intro for the A-side.)  The very first record rel

The first UK pressings have orange Polydor “scroll” (white-orange logo banner) labels with a bolded, square-ish font, and with “broad” (long) artist name. The labels also feature “Made In England” & “Recording first published 1961″ notations on the labels, as well as “Mfd. By Deutsche Gramophone (Great Britain) Ltd” rim print. Artists are listed as “Tony Sheridan & The Beatles.” Matrix numbers: Side One: NH66833-A1; Side Two: NH66833-B1.
This is the first commercial record released bearing the Beatles name and was released on the 5th January 1962.  This particular release features the Slow English introduction for My Bonnie. 
FIRST PRESSINGS OF THIS SINGLE ARE VERY RARE TO FIND (A.K.A. Broad title font).  There was a reissue in Britain in June 1963 which is also featured on my listings, you will be able to see the difference in the fonts.  The Font on the 1963 version is a 'narrow' title.
1st & 2nd pressing of the single differ from each other, since 1st press of the label, has a different typeface in the text compared with the 2nd press. The difference is most obvious in the 'M' and '&'.
Also listed on my Ebay site is the very First record produced in Germany as Tony Sheridan and the Beat Brothers.
All 1st pressings all have a push-out centre, while the 2nd pressing was manufactured with either push-out or solid centres.

The Vinyl on this pressing is GOOD+ and does play through ok.  The Record Labels are Clean with no writing and the Record Sleeve is in good condition too.
The NMES Paper Bag is in VERY GOOD + condition, for a paper bag 60 Years old is nothing short of a miracle!
