PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
(Super Rare Original 1963 Debut LP on Parlophone Gold and Black label, Catalogue No PMC 1202. (Matrix No’s XEX 421-1N / XEX 422-1N - Mono) This is the version with “Northern Songs” rather than Dick James Credits. The vinyl is visually in (Good) condition, and has multiple surface marks and light scratches. The record plays through fine however with a Clear Punchy Mono sound with some Audio surface noise / the odd click. This is a testament to the heavy duty pressings of the time. There are no skips or jumps, the record plays all the way through on both sides. The Gold / Black Parlophone Labels are clean with some faded wear over the years. The Wonderful Laminated Picture LP sleeve (Printed by Ernest J Day Co Limited London) is in (Fair) condition, and has a clear front picture, with some creases and heavy wear around the edges, with a tape repair on top. The back of the sleeve has multiple marks and discoloration and extensive damage to the top / bottom flaps, which have become split away after previous tape repairs. A piece of the bottom flap is missing. The Spine is worn but still legible to read.
I HAVE TRIED TO DESCRIBE THIS RECORD HONESTLY. A VERY RARE GOLD & BLACK PRESSING OF THE CLASSIC DEBUT BEATLES LP, WHICH DOES PLAY THROUGH WITHOUT ANY SKIPS OR JUMPS ON MY TURNTABLE, HOWEVER WITH THE FLAWS AS MENTIONED ABOVE IN THE DESCRIPTION. I AM STARTING WITH A RELATIVELY LOW STARTING PRICE FOR THIS ITEM TO ATTRACT INTEREST. “NO RETURNS REQUESTS” ON THIS ITEM PLEASE.
