- Label/Catalog Number: Trade Mark of Quality / BO-519 (this matrix number appears in the vinyl trail out) or TMQ 7508 (this number appears on the insert)
- Country of Origin: USA
- Packaging: Standard TMOQ package: Plain gray jacket with yellow paper insert. LPs are on black vinyl; labels are white with black print (pig profile design).
- Condition: Insert is mint. Jacket is VG++ or better with only very light wear to edges plus some moderate bending to corners. Vinyl is VG++ or better with no real flaws to speak of, just general signs of rubbing from the inner sleeve and minimal handling (one vinyl bubble is present on side A, this is a manufacturer's defect).
- Notes: A very rare and highly sought after item (in any state), combining both of the Outakes records. No reserve!
