Description
We had a rather nice donation of Beatles records at the Oxfam shop in Chichester, where I am a volunteer.
THIS IS A CHARITY SALE - ALL PROCEEDS WILL GO TO THE OXFAM SHOP.
We believe this to be an early edition of A Hard Day's Night. Parlophone PCS 3058 with yellow Parlophone "£" label and "Sold in U.K." from 1964. Also has the original inner sleeve shown. Garrord & Lofthouse sleeve with folded-over edges.
The condition of the sleeve is excellent with only some minor handling wear. The record has clearly been played but it has been quite well looked after as there are only faint surface marks and the odd finger print. Note that we have not played this ourselves.
In my experience of sorting records over many years Beatles records seldom come into this shop in this good condition.
