Black and Yellow Label
This copy bears the Matrix No. XEX 421 -1N in the run-out groove (dead wax) of Side 1. On Side 2 the Matrix No is XEX 422-1N. It has Publishing Credits to Dick James Mus. Co.
The Vinyl is clean and shiny having been professionally cleaned. There are isolated scratches to the surface of both sides, the most visible being in Side 1, Track 2 'Misery' which runs longitudinally for approx 2" along the grooves. During play-testing, I could not detect any interference during play but the scratch begins between Tracks 1 and 2 and a small click was evident before the track began. I use a good-quality deck with an arm tracking at approx 1 gram.
It is a pity because the Vinyl is otherwise in nice condition. The Spindleware is moderate to excessive. There are no stickers and no writing on the labels. Overall, taking all the above into consideration, I would rate the condition of the Vinyl as a conservative G+/VG- using the RECORD COLLECTOR GUIDE to Condition Rating. The Vinyl comes in a standard EMI polylined inner sleeve which is split down one side but otherwise has no blemishes or writing and no other tears or splits.
The outer sleeve is in nice, robust condition. There is no writing and no tears or splits. There is very little wear along any of the edges and only minimal creasing.
I would rate the condition of the sleeve as VG+.
The item will be properly packaged for shipment anywhere in the World. For information, I pack record and sleeve separately within the same package to avoid damage or 'splitting' during transit. Every care is taken to ensure the item reaches the winning bidder in the best condition possible.
