Description
Up for bid is this classic Paul McCartney & Wings album Red Rose Speedway on Capitol Records released in 1976, originally released on Apple Records custom label, this particular variant is the Black Capitol label with the MPL logo and silver print which is far rarer than it’s Apple counterpart or it’s later release on the Red Columbia label. This one up for is in NM condition with VG++ or better on side 1 label due to label flaking when the label was being pressed to the album, the label on side 2 is in NM condition, the cover is in VG+ condition with a cut in the upper righthand corner, probably due to what used to be called a cut out, a inch split is at the bottom of the opening mouth, inner booklet is intact, still a pretty solid cover in all. A rifle is on the trail off area to indicate a Winchester pressing. So if you’re looking for this RARE Paul McCartney Capitol album, look no further!
