BEATLES Penny Lane/Strawberry Fields 7” 1967 Picture Sleeve VG/VG RARE!
Rare and collectable Beatles 7” single released in 1967 on the Parlophone record label and in very good condition.
The is a first pressing with the “Gramophone Co Ltd” & “Sold in the UK” text on the labels.
I try to be as honest with my grading of vinyl as possible and would never offer albums or singles that were anything less than in good condition (using the Record Collector
Magazine Grading System as my guide – see below). I clean (if required) and then play all the albums and singles I offer on e-bay before listing them.
Also, I supply a number of good quality photographs whenever possible. You need have no doubt what you are bidding on after checking these out.
All albums and singles are sent out in card mailers with strong stiffeners.
Record Collector Magazine Grading System:
MINT The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or
poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as sealed or un-played should be Mint.
EXCELLENT The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from
folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

Condition of labels: In excellent condition with only minor spindle wear evident.
Condition of cover: In very good condition with only minor wear and discolouration evident. It is not split in any way.
